Ganesh Gnanasekaran, CEO of Synergy Décor is an MBA with more than 16 years of Business Development expertise in various Corporate Companies including Tata Indicom, Reliance, VSNL, Aircel, etc. Ganesh spearheaded the Business Developmental activities of Synergy Décor with immense passion in the field of Interior Design. Sowmya Lakshmi Ganesh, Proprietor of Synergy Décor is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP® from PMI®, USA). She manages the project execution through completion with an able and dynamic team. Sowmya Lakshmi is also an MBA with more than 16 years of business management experience with CADD Centre.
Unveiling the Successful Journey
Irrespective of the short time span, Synergy Décor has managed to achieve a lot of goals. It started its first project in Dec 2012 with just 2 non-technical resources. Synergy Décor has done around 30 projects in Bangalore and 4 in other cities. After the successful completion of the first project in Bangalore, Synergy Décor did its first corporate assignment for MSSRF – auditorium. Synergy School Bangalore, CADD Centre was the first turnkey project for Synergy Decor. In 2013, Synergy Décor was awarded around more than 8 assignments by CADD Center for its various other departments. In July 2014, it became the empanelled vendor of Aircel. Continuing its successful venture, Synergy Décor has successfully completed more than 25 showrooms and 3 offices across Tamil Nadu. In Aug 2014, Synergy Décor First workshop inaugurated its first workshop unit with 2 machines -panel saw and manual edge banding.
During the course of 2015-2016, Synergy Décor completed ‘n’ of corporate projects such as CSC (Convansys), Ajuba Solutions, Kalish Shipping, Kshema Powers, Dream Zone, Aircel Guindy MSC (Milestone project), Dream Flower, Esskay Structures, CADD Centre, Direct Group and ICAI. Feb 2017, Synergy Décor setup its second workshop unit by adding machines for providing complete machine finish products through job works. Feb 2018, Synergy Décor opened its Bangalore Branch Officeforresidence & commercial projects and also started its designing services for B2B. Currently it executes projects in major cities in South India, including Coimbatore, Trichy, Salem, Pondy along with Chennai and Bangalore. Synergy Décor was awarded as the Best MSME for the Quality and Excellence in Realm of Customer Satisfaction for the year 2018 by India 5000 Best MSME awards during December 2018. Design Team consists of5 members who are Architects and Interior Design certified professionals and is led by an experienced Interior Designer. Site Engineerscomprises of 8 members who are trained on the material, design understanding and project process flow. They coordinate with the technicians in other ancillary areas like electrical, plumbing, civil, false ceiling, and painting. Admin Team takes care of the procurement of the right materials, coordinate for the availability of the materials on time. Lastly, the production team who operates a highly skilled machines and are responsible for the quality finish. The team has a factory in-charge to manage the works.
