The Noida based leading distributed solar company announces to develop a 70 MW solar project in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Generated power will be sold to commercial and industrial customers through long term Power Purchase Agreements (PPA’s).
The project reportedly is going to be the largest open access solar power project in the state of Uttar Pradesh. It was allotted to to SunSource through UPERS CRE regulation, 2014. Expected to be launched on March 8, the project promises to counterbalance over 85,000 tonnes of carbon emission every year. Moreover, the project is intended to help the industries and commercial establishments to reduce their energy bills and meet their Renewal Purchase Obligation (RPO targets).
