Mercedes-Benz Launches a Unique Customer Service

Providing Quick Damage Repair

An automobile giant, Mercedes Benz has recently launched a service program named, ‘Fast Lane Body and Paint Repair.’ Under this service program, customers will get specified accident repairs jobs done within three days through this program. The service is currently available in three cities namely Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and Pune and will be available soon in seven more cities this year.

The company aims to use efficient processes, minimizing downtimes and using faster drying components without any compromise on the quality of car repairs. As a result of this, customers will get the damage repaired quicker, further allowing the cars to get back on road quickly. This will improve mobility and reduce the inconvenience caused to customers. According to the company, customers can also avail the service for insurance repair jobs.
