Pavan Kakade, Partner and Principal Architect of Kreative House hails from Solapur, Maharashtra. He was born and brought up in Hyderabad. Since his childhood, he had a passion for architectural design. Following his passion, he enrolled in JNTU (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University) to pursue Architecture. Soon Pavan’s creativity was acknowledged by NASA (National Association of Students of Architecture) when he designed a ‘Futuristic Living Module’. After completing B. Arch, he was recruited by the financial institution HDFC as their “In-house Architect”. While working with HDFC, Pavan was assigned with multiple projects related to designing of HDFC branches across Andhra Pradesh. After successfully working for four years with HDFC, he moved on to AHIDCO (Aditya Housing and Infrastructure Development Corporation) as a Chief Architect.
