Mudit Dandwate, CEO and co-founder of Dozee, says, “We have everything at our finger tips, right from booking a cab to food delivery. But we are lagging behind when it comes to giving comfort for health care.”
Dozee is a thin sheet made of sensors that can be placed under the mattress. It is available on Google play store as well as on the Apple store for free. To see how it works, you need to keep Dozee under a mat or mattress and thickness of mattress should be up to 18 inches. It doesn’t require to charging, you can simply connect it with your smartphone which should have internet for connection.

It gives you a daily report of heartbeat, sleep cycle, respiration, and most important stress and all the data will be stored on the cloud. The best feature of Dozee is that it can be accessed by anyone whose phone is connected to it and if there is some fluctuation to the normal reading, it will alert you. This feature can be used by those who want to keep track of their parents’ health and are not staying together. They have also added a new feature in mindfulness segment which gives user personalized suggestions on mediation that is based on health parameter readings.

Mudit says, “The device produces 98.4% accurate results, and also it was tested at NIMHANS and Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research, Bengaluru.” Further, he says, “They have now tied up with 15 Indian hospitals, old-age homes, and nursing homes, and also plans to launch the product in the US and West Asia by October.”
