15 New Cases Reported Overnight
The COVID-19 threat continues its destruction in India as number of cases in Mumbai’s densely populated area, Dharavi slum have risen to 43, with 4 deaths. The officials said that they are boosting up testing in order to contain the spread of the disease. The authorities in India have stepped up measures to close off areas where cases have emerged in Dharavi since the first virus death in early April. Extensive medical camps are also being run in Dharavi and other areas of Mumbai to test more people and make sure carriers are not ignored.
