Network design, testing, and optimization services are provided to mobile service and cable operators by TWS. It also provides these services to equipment OEM’s and other companies across the US
The need for an end-to-end support in delivering network solutions is going to be addressed by this acquisition. TWS will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics. Samsung’s growth among infrastructure clients will be complemented by the service offerings and customers of TWS. TWS will continue to serve its existing customers and clients they currently support with Samsung with competencies in Radio Frequencies (RF) and network design service as well as installation, testing, and optimization services.
Samsung looking to fulfill the 5G Network Expansion
Samsung Electronics has collaborated with major U.S. network operators to fulfill its 5G network expansion because of the growing position in the U.S. network industry along with its 5G technology leadership. The collaboration of Samsung and TWS will help the customers address the next generation demands as its growth continues through the network operator agreements and enterprises seeking their own cellular networks. Samsung has had a strong presence in the U.S. for over 40 years and it remains committed to investing in 5G advancement and network development across the U.S.
