Nexon Asia Pacific, a cloud managed services provider has recently announced a completion of acquisitions of Kiandra IT’s technology services and security solutions division, Remagine Solutions, and XCentral. By adding additional value to existing and prospective customers, this strategic combination will further strengthen Nexon’s presence and grow its d and managed IT practice.
The combination will also evolve security solutions to mid-market customers, build on Nexon’s existing footprint in Melbourne, and complement their comprehensive portfolio of end to end services. Nexon’s existing Microsoft Dynamics practice with the industry-specific intellectual property will be supplemented by this combination. To enhance the IT services offerings of the customers, grow their client portfolio, and continue to seek suitable acquisitions are the part of a larger growth strategy developed by this combination.
Providing Customers with Complementary Solutions

Nexon’s investment in Kiandra IT, Remagine Solutions and XCentral is expected to support its pathway for growth and shape its next-generation managed IT offering whilst scaling its Melbourne footprint. Nexon will also be able to strengthen its proposition to customers, across security, cloud services, and managed IT by acquiring the technology services division of Kiandra IT.
